recipe // cookie butter coffee.

My love for Cookie Butter is pretty serious. Sometimes I pop the entire jar in the microwave and pour it over ice cream. Other times I eat it with apples or pretzels or even put it on brownies. Well, now I have taken it to a whole new level and combined it with one of my all time favorite things, coffee.

This genius little breakthrough happened last week when I gifted my office with its very own jar of Cookie Butter (after babbling about it and everyone being totally confused about what it was) – we’re out of hazelnut Kcups at the moment so I decided to get a little crazy and stir a spoonful of Cookie Butter in my cup of coffee.

And oh my goodness, it’s perfect.

Simple as can be: stir a spoonful of Cookie Butter into a hot cup of coffee, add milk/cream or whatever is your thing and enjoy. No need for sugar! It adds a delicious nutty flavor to your coffee and is just the right amount of sweet.

Try it? Let me know what you think!

PS. I also schemed up a Nutella Latte recipe (which just so happens to be the most popular post on the blog.)
