I’m a lipstick girl.  I don’t know when or how it happened, but one day I decided a bold lip was my new favorite accessory and I never looked back.  When Kira from Her New Leaf asked me for some recommendations I searched the blog and realized that somehow lipstick wasn’t something I had covered in a post yet – so here we go, my favorites from my current (ever growing) collection:

Fuchsia Fusion – BOLD pink! Love this as a fun alternative to red lip

Ravishing Red – Really classic red with cool undertones

Yes, I do love Revlon – their range of colors is fantastic and as an impulse shopper, I always end up throwing a new lipstick in my cart to try out when I’m out shopping.  I’ve found the key to success is starting with a layer of chapstick (I love Burts Bees), then applying two even coats of lipstick & blotting with a tissue.  I’m not a gloss girl so I love the look of matte lipstick and the whole “classic glamour” that goes along with it.
