bye bye bangs.

I've officially said goodbye to my side bangs after spending seven years with them. It's been quite the SLOW process (I haven't cut 'em since February), but my hair has made the adjustment from a drastic side part to a good old middle part pretty well.  While I'm still unsure about what kind of look I'm ultimately going for, here are some options I'm loving:

  1. I've never been able to rock a center part because of my widows peak, can't wait to see how you end up styling your new found part!

  2. Your hair looks great! I have always have a center part but am actually going to side bangs! Well they are cut in a way that I could do side bangs or parted down the center because my hair can be difficult sometimes!

  3. @Katie - Thanks! Still working on retraining my hair & we've still got a long way to go for growing 'em out but it's getting there! And I don't think you have to worry about the widows peak with the hair you rock, lady.

    1. Thanks! It's the eBay version ;) $10 and free shipping. Bangs are always a fun way to switch it up - I say go for it!

    1. Always a tough choice!! I had been going back and forth between trying out straight across bangs or growing 'em out all year.

  7. Looks good to me! I've always had a middle part. Don't know why. Side parts don't suit my rounded face, for whatever reason. I've tried them and they just...look weird. Haha. I did get my bangs cut this spring, though. I hadn't had them since I was about 10. I loved them at first, then hated the maintenance. So I'm growing them out again--they're ALMOST behind my ears now. It's so frustrating trying to grow them out!
