5 Ways to Get Your Glow On.
Warmer days are officially just around the corner and the days are getting longer which means it’s time to start getting ready to show some skin! After being tucked away all winter long, your skin could probably use some love (and let’s be real, a tan) so it’s time to take a few steps to help get your glow on and get ready for spring style.
Hydration is key!: You can’t get glowing without the help of some good old H2O! A healthy glow truly starts from within so it’s always important to make sure you’re drinking plenty of water throughout the day, especially if you’re also dialing up your workout routine to get ready for summer. Try keeping a carafe of water on your desk during the workday to keep water easily accessible and set a refill goal for the day to hold yourself accountable.
Buff your troubles away: Chances are that your winter skin could probably use a little exfoliation to scrub away dry, dead skin and reveal your true glow.
