I was a little hesitant when I first spotted this dress at Nordstrom. Ruffles? Check. Polka dots? Check. Bell sleeves? Check. It had three of my favorite details, but the combination was a lot, making me immediately want to write it off and skip even bothering to try it on. But I grabbed it at the last moment and immediately fell in love with how flirty and fun it is.

Dresses are rarely pieces I immediately gravitate toward anymore given San Francisco’s cool weather and casual style but I’m already dreaming of throwing on my favorite Loeffler Randall sandals for a dinner date with girlfriends or even pairing the dress with over the knee boots (like Jess did!) and wearing it to the office. It’s just one of those dresses that adds a little pep in your step as it’s so light and pretty and moves with you really beautifully.

It also happens to be under $100 – Valentine’s Day outfit, anyone?!
